Sorry for the silence; I forgot about this bug. I noticed this in the log:

Unhandled exception. System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer
for 'System.Management.ManagementPath' threw an exception.
 ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for
'System.Management.WmiNetUtilsHelper' threw an exception.
 ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (126): Failed to load required
native library
'C:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\wminet_utils.dll'.

which is weird. Is that file actually present? If not, I think it'd be the
result of a broken .NET installation.
