With wine-6.0-rc6 (with dotnet45 installed with winetricks):

Still the same:

* ACATApp.exe (broken)
* ACATCleanup.exe
* ACATConfig.exe
* ACATTalk.exe (broken)

These run now: (can't test fully since I don't have a working webcam)

* ACATDashboard.exe
* ACATPhrase.exe
* ACATTryout.exe

Since OP didn't bother to respond I'm going to mark this one ABANDONED.

If anyone wants to keep this open, feel free to reopen. But since this one
covers many of the included apps, we might want to open new bugs for remaining
problems.
