This looks like a duplicate of https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49779
I just tried with staging 6.0-rc6, the bug still occurs (window jumps to
original position, or steal focus when maximized).
Not sure if this is a bug in Cinnamon or in Wine.
