Hello folks,

from my testing the bug was fixed in between Wine 1.7.46 and Wine 1.7.47
release.

I didn't bother to reverse-bisect the exact commit this time because I'm
certain it's this one after inspecting the git log/diff:

NOTE: There are still some open bugs related to Window manager / Desktop
integration, such as bug 42709 ("Foxit Reader 7.3 has no close button after
maximize (unchecking the option 'Allow the window manager to decorate the
windows' works around)").
