Sorry for the delay. It still looks broken to me, as of wine-6.12.

When starting the program, choose the top option (create a new data-CD/RW, ...)
and an MDI window should pop up. On Windows, a menu bar appears at the top with
options such as file, edit, etc. With Wine, it isn't there unless the MDI
window is maximized, and then only the MDI window icon (a disc) is visible.
However, if the program loses and regains focus, the rest of the menu somehow
appears.
