Sorry, I did miss that in your original message.

Is it just Xorg? No Wine process is taking up that much CPU time?

That strikes me as odd; it might be an X server bug. The best thing to do would
be to perform a regression test in Wine, to find out what broke it. Switching
to the free driver may also help.
