Actually, it looks like msvcrt should already be loaded (I got this when
launching the program with WINEDEBUG=+loaddl:

0048:trace:loaddll:build_module Loaded L"C:\\windows\\system32\\msvcrt.dll" at
00000001C8DB0000: builtin
