The expected white dialog.

Steps to reproduce:
1. `winetricks -q arial` for work around a CEF crash.
2. Download and install WeCom.
3. `cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/WXDrive`
4. `wine WXDrive.exe --disable-gpu --wxdrive-setting=0 --disable-gpu
--disable-software-rasterizer --enable-features=NetworkServiceInProcess
"wedocs://public.action/openmain?from=winwxwork"`

Expected: The program startup and there is a white dialog.

Actually: The program doesn't startup.
