I’m currently discussing this at great lengths with @Gijs, we’ve figured out
what we’re able to and the rest would need to be discussed on the wine-devel
mailing list to iron out any remaining specifics.

The remaining annoyance would be providing a .pkg installer, code-signing and
notarizing is a PITA and something I’d rather not deal with (also needed to let
my personal developer license expire)
