[Bug 51538] Control can no longer launch from an ntfs partition

Ok this might not be just a wine bug. I downgraded wine all the way back to
wine 6.0 which definitely worked and this new issue still persists. I also
noticed that the issue sometimes disappears after remounting the partition but
this happens very inconsistently.

This does not seem to be a failing drive either. I tested with another ntfs
drive I had lying around and it has the same issue.

I will do a full system downgrade later with the arch linux archives to try and
see which packages could be causing this.
