I can confirm this is partially a bug in SteelSeries GG. The code in question
also hits the same error on Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1. This will be fixed in
a later version of SteelSeries GG, but I think this should still be left open
since it still seems to be behavior Windows 10 has that Wine will need.

For reference, this was previously implemented using the library listed in
