[Bug 29228] Airline Tycoon Evolution doesn't display any text in-game

@Gijs - can you please upload the screenshot of it working fine?
The main menu does not count. One needs to start the gameplay: observe the
in-game characters walk and enter the initial meeting.

I used the same game build as in my initial report: Airline Tycoon Evolution
1.03 in Polish.
Wine 6.10 on Debian 10.
The bug is still here, default fullscreen or Wine emulated virtual desktop. No
fonts rendered.

I can also confirm that using DxWnd.exe to force the game to run in 16 bit mode
solves the issue.
Forcing the game to run in a window is not necessary.
