This works with wine-6.11 and wine-mono 6.2.0.

Marking FIXED.

It shows an error window when the installer wants to do this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\Programmer>rem convert args to /regserver
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\Programmer>cd C:\Program Files
(x86)\Cypress\Programmer\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\Programmer>"RegMp3Service.exe" /regserver 3.20.1
/s

but it's non-fatal and the installer finishes successfully, nevertheless I'll
report this bug separately.
