Hello folks,

this was fixed by commit
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/534fdf8f461c6017cbc0b8ad3ab0879a6d118a74
("httpapi: Stub HttpSetServerSessionProperty().").

Part of Wine 5.4 release.

Apparently Zeb encountered a follow-up issue and used this bug as reference. To
avoid turning this into a multi-bug, I'm cloning this issue to track the
original problem and repurpose this one to track
'HttpSetUrlGroupProperty(HttpServerLoggingProperty)'.
