Confirming all 3 lines.They are rendered after a kind of fixed left padding in
the visual component. With a fresh install there is also a line on the license
agree button. The lines are disappearing if you increase the window size except
for the volume control and a line  is appearing at backward/play/forward
control.

Both iTunes 12.9.0.167* and latest non-dark version 12.9.3.3.

Fixed with winetricks gdiplus

$ wine --version
wine-6.3
