Hello folks,
I've created stable download link via Internet Archive using the oldest PlayOn
3.x.x version still available:

Parts of the service log file 'server.log' seems encrypted for whatever idiotic
reasons. Probably easy to decrypt but I don't see it's needed for now.

With the 'PlayOn Settings' tool one can see the service status as 'running'
under 'General Settings'. The 'No SSDP' in the server box is still there.
Unfortunately multiple issues have been mixed in from the beginning hence
selecting one -> 'No SSDP'. I'm refining the summary to be more generic since
the service might be needed for other apps as well. Also to avoid overlapping
with bug 18604
Universal Plug and Play Device Host service 'upnphost' needs this service as
well.
