Hello,

I can confirm the issue with the Arc launcher version of the game.

Regression bisected to this commit:

    wined3d: Implement the "precise" flag in the GLSL shader backend.

The issue doesn't happen with wine 6.2 with this commit reverted.

My GPU is NVidia RTX 2070 with proprietary driver 460.39.
