Sorry for the previous message, I edited the title to reflect your findings. I
was able to pass the initial extraction after recreating the prefix, although I
had recreated it before several times.

Regarding the fixes you speak about, I wasn't able to make it work with them. I
added msxml3, mshtml, and urlmon as (native, builtin) but crashed. I have
created https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50782 to follow up on the
application, not the installer.

Also, I'm linking to a bug that was reporting this before.
