test exe

When running a test exe in 64-bit mode, I get this error:

0024:err:seh:NtRaiseException Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr
0x40231e

According winedump, 0x40231e is the entry point of the image. It's a 32-bit
ILONLY exe.

To reproduce, run the attached exe with wine64.
