I just built 32-bit Wine 6.1 on 10.9 inside VMware Fusion 12.1, and winemac
seems to be detecting the GPU correctly. Are you getting the "no GPUs detected"
error?

Also, how are you building on 10.9? Its clang is too old for 64-bit, and I had
to comment out a bunch of stuff for 32-bit to work (xsavec asm, fstatat(),
fdopendir()).
