So 6.0 is dropping about as many frames, which makes it unfortunately difficult
to tell what's going wrong.

Still, from examination, I've managed to find some serious issues with our QoS
management, and I've submitted some fixes, committed as

Please retest with current git or with 6.4 when it is released (scheduled for
this Friday).
