[Bug 50756] "Call not implemented" when using "SVN update" with TortoiseSVN

I've discovered that if I skip TortoiseSVN altogether and use svn in
wineconsole, I see the same error, like this:

I hope this sheds some light on this issue.  I feel like this is so close to
working!
