A fair concern. After adding the stubs to staging, there was one bug report
that showed some apps trying to use one of the dlls, bug 50395, which was fixed
by
https://github.com/wine-staging/wine-staging/commit/f40763d8a5c6ce65f244777057b7e818f84e2611.
AFAIK there have been no reports since then.
