Hello folks,

adding stable download via Internet Archive for documentation.

Microsoft CodePlex is in archive mode and will be indefinitely shut down in
July 2021.

I couldn't find v1.2 release assets anymore hence I've used oldest one v1.3
(.NET 4.5 based) that had assets which can be used to reproduce.
