This gives me the error already when creating a fresh prefix
wine: failed to open L"C:\\windows\\syswow64\\rundll32.exe": c0000135

I faced such problem with Guild Wars 2 installer
but even if you update the already existing prefix and put Gw2Setup-64.exe in
disk_c
wine: failed to start L"/b"

revert helps (the first two I did because they did not allow me to make revert
properly)
