I, too, am seeing this bug, with the exact same Application Log.  This is with
Wine 6.4.  It happens when I click on the "Login" button.  For me, there is no
email to validate my IP address; presumably my IP address has already been
validated.

I found that I had to do "winetricks dotnet462 corefonts d3dx9" before
installing NCLauncher2, just as Fred did.  If I didn't, NCLauncher2 wouldn't
run at all.
