I tested the GOG version of this game with wine-6.5.

Without any overrides the game worked perfectly, because it loads native
d3dx9_36 and d3dcompiler_43.

With only d3dx9_36 set to builtin the game still works perfectly.

With both d3dx9_36 and d3dcompiler_43 set to builtin I get an error on startup
"Syntax error in file "memory" at line 4".
