WINEDEBUG=+vbscript

The installer's self-extraction succeeds and the installation wizard starts,
but it crashes during the actual install step.

Since the crash happens inside of Wine's vbscript.dll, I am attaching a console
log with WINEDEBUG=+vbscript.
