After trying to install the MSI, it crashed on lack of cabinet support. It can
be installed via winetricks (https://wiki.winehq.org/Winetricks).
This leads me to think you do not have clean WINEPREFIX.
Can you give the output of the following command please?
$ winetrciks list-installed
--
