Yeah, definitely still an issue. Proton builds using wine 6.9 are failing to
create wineprefixes. The process will stall, then the kernel32.dll error shows
up, and a partial wineprefix gets built, but it's only 100MB instead of 700MB
like it should be, and it doesn't run anything.
