this was fixed by commit

("comctl32/button: Implement NM_CUSTOMDRAW for Push Buttons.").

Part of Wine 4.4 release.

Resolving as duplicate of bug 10531

I've removed the dependency to bug 21061. The crashing kernel driver is not a
blocker for UI (mis)behaviour of the app.
