Can't build wine

I've been back and tested. Notes are really sluggish in every version from 6.4
onwards. There is some improvement but they were genuinely snappy, under 3 secs
in 6.3. This also affects usage, not just opening.

I've tried to do a bisect but I'm stuck with the attached compile error. I'm
guessing it might be library version incompatibility but its a little beyond my
understanding.

If someone can help me with how to get wine to compile, I'm happy to do the
bisect. N.b. I've no problems compiling wine 6.19-21 or master. I've just done
a bisect there for another bug and found the problem commit without any
difficulty.
