This should be fixed with 67d38c699110a186ff69ecfa9a11e8c0cb3305a0, I could
reproduce the issue with Star Wars Episode I Racer (not with the same device
though) and confirmed it's then fixed.

Please reopen if it's still broken with other games or with this specific
device.

There may still be some remaining issues with force feedback, but that's
tracked in https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51922
