Great! Seems very well implemented.
I'll test it this weekend with my device and let you know how it performs.

I have installed the latest firmware on the Simucube 2, but it still doesn't
send PID State input reports. I plan to implement some basic logic on the
dinput side, to calculate the state of the effects. Just as a backup for such
cases.
Will ask the manufacturer, how this feature is supposed to be used.
