I`d say for now leave it open. I don`t know who Manjaro package maintainer is,
maybe someone else could add him/her to this bugreport?

One more question: Could you check if the other bug report you opened is a
duplicate? https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52096 (so if it starts fine
on the other system) Then we can close that one
