[Bug 52123] Combobox disappears instantly in Visual Assist X VC6

I forgot to add that the code browsing dropdown menus that are part of visual
studio c 6 (not from VAX) also do not seem to work correctly.

the work around for those dropdown menu's is to click it then use the arrow
keys to open the menu.  They do not open when clicking it.
