Can confirm that the bug still exists in 6.18 (also tested with ESYNC and
FSYNC). I can't figure out the exact cause but I see the system doing MILLIONS
of context switches while loading, that may be a clue.

Config:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
AMD Radeon RX 6900XT (Mesa driver)
Manjaro 21 with Linux 5.14 kernel
Wine 6.18 (tested mainline, staging, proton)
