I'm using forms in Outlook 2007 and attachments in text field are displaying as
blank object with description, but without icon of corresponding associated
application. Icons of applications in attachments for messages are displaying
correctly. Example on image. I have winword installed in that prefix too and
attachment opens with it. There is some "fixme" warning in terminal, that may
relates to this problem.
