It helps a lot! Now it is possible to open all tested physical diagrams.

I am not sure if 32-bit version is available, newest x64 version can be
requested free via application form.

But I will share the original installation package. It is trial for 15 days.

EBF3 is an update which I installed before testing. 
Proxy.exe file is not needed to be installed if you did not install it during
first setup.
So to update PD I have installed only MSI package from "Updates" directory.

Except font I have found some other differences between Windows and Linux.
For example it is not possible to create new physical diagram.
Also some UI inconsistency.

I will attach some screenshots.
