Wine Staging 6.16 Output Logs

The SPV3 (version 3.3.0) installer still doesn't work in Wine, even with .NET
4.5 installed with Winetricks.
However, with .NET 4.5 installed, Wine claims that the installer is a "bad EXE
format" and doesn't provide any information other than that.

(Ignore the libgtk-nocsd messages, all it does is replace GTK app borders with
KDE Plasma Qt ones)
