Yes it is. as i got exactly the same crash as reporter (after installing
dotnet48).

sha1sum CountdownTimerSetup2.0.12.msi

The "usual" 'winetricks -q arial d3dcompiler_47' makes the app start fine.

As the 'arial' and 'd3dcompiler_47' are already tracked by other bugreports I
suggest to make this bug about the crash in a fresh prefix,ok?:
