Tested WINE 6.19 and the issue continue.
Simply not path access for some programs and is displayed.

Duplicate Cleaner Pro when selecting a folder to move files is using a GUI and
is possible browse to WINE C:\ and host OS Z:\
but when clicking in any command

"The selection has a object not being a directory"

Is how was breaked anything not allowing software read folder.

WINE 6.17 works without issues.
Issue happen since 6,18
