with wine-staging 6.20

This log is perhaps more helpful. It was done with 6.20. No adjustments were
made. I did not remove mono to force the program to install its own dotnet, or
adjust the following registry edit.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Verify "EnableLUA" registry key
"Value Data" "1" (change to "0")
Both of these are helpful in getting NatSpeak to run properly, but are not
show-stoppers for installation.
