I zipped up cardfile.exe and its help into a zip file and have made them
available from my google drive

This cardfile.exe & help is what shipped originally with windows 3.1. It has
been 100% functional up until wine-staging-6.6. The last version of
wine-staging it had  no problem on was version 6.5.
The wine-staging-6.20 cardfile was tested on was built from the source here
