(By the way, another workaround is to go to the IK Multimedia website and then
to "My Products > [PRODUCT] > Past Releases", where you can find direct
downloads to zip archives of some versions of each product, and then manually
run the installer in the same prefix as your IK Product Manager. This method
does not require a Windows machine at all, though its not as convenient or
up-to-date as going through the product manager software.)
