Try again, and make sure you run sudo apt update first. I downloaded that file,
and the size and sha256 match what is listed in the current Packages file.

Usually when you get that message, that's exactly what is happening. The best
thing to do is wait a few hours and try again (it can take a long time for all
mirrors to sync).
