Gijs and myself are working on new official Winehq packages but getting the
desired gstreamer plugins to compile and work correctly for 32Bit is a PITA.

If you want the latest versions of wine now you can grab them from my GitHub
repository mention ins comment #1, the minimum for those packages is now macOS
High Sierra however. This can be manually installed or use my brew tap.
