Workaround:

plugin power, still be the same.
after mv .wine .wine_bk, then made a clean prefix, get fault to start message
like the one yesterday showing.

Read the Wine Developers Guide on how to set up winedbg or another debugger
wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135

mv .wine_bk .wine
winecfg

came up debug window and then winecfg wine came up.
everything looks well except the Drives tab showing:

Failed to connect to the mount manager; the drive configuration cannot be
edited.

seems the issue comes randomly.
