Please reopen. I don't see this happening at all for me on Window 7 and NVIDIA
340xx.
The download URL for the demo is dead. Please update to
https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/p-13103/Civilization-4-Demo/download

An interesting video where ones sees that this bug indeed occurs on Windows,
but version 8 and 10.
