It's a patch file to change the source code of Wine. You have to apply the
patch with either of these commands:

$ git apply -v *.patch
$ patch -Np1 < *.patch

Then you build Wine. If you use Arch I have a custom PKGBUILD that I can share
with you that automatically applies patches and builds it. I can also just send
the compiled file.

If you don't build Wine you'll have to wait until May 06 for the next release,
which should include this patch.
